Problems we solve

Sound familiar?

"We only know our numbers when the accounts team sends them, weeks after month-end."
"Every report is a spreadsheet someone builds by hand."
"Sales, marketing and finance each have a different number for the same thing."

What we provide

Four ways we turn data into decisions

Management and KPI dashboards

  • Sales, marketing and operations KPIs on one screen
  • Built in Power BI or Looker Studio
  • Drill-down by team, region, product or rep
  • Readable on a phone as well as a desktop

Automated MIS and reporting

  • Daily and weekly reports sent automatically
  • MIS packs without manual spreadsheet work
  • Alerts when a key number moves out of range
  • Scheduled exports for finance

Data integration across systems

  • CRM, accounting, ad platforms and sheets connected
  • One agreed definition for every metric
  • Data refreshed on a schedule, with no exporting
  • Cleaning and de-duplication of messy records

Forecasting and performance analysis

  • Sales and revenue forecasts
  • Target-versus-actual tracking
  • Rep, product and channel performance
  • Cost per lead through to closed revenue

How it works

Agree the numbers, then automate them

  1. Discovery call

Which decisions are waiting on numbers today?

  2. KPI workshop

We agree what to track and exactly how each number is defined.

  3. Connect the data

We link your systems and clean the data that feeds each metric.

  4. Build and review

You review the dashboard with real data before rollout.

  5. Rollout and reporting

Your team is trained, with optional monthly reporting.

Who it's for

Management teams who want to steer, not wait

  • Owners and management teams who need a daily view of the business
  • Finance and MIS teams spending days on month-end reports
  • Sales heads tracking reps, regions and targets
  • Marketing heads asked to prove which spend brings revenue

Signs this service fits

  • Month-end reporting takes days.
  • Two reports show different numbers for the same thing.
  • You can't see which channel brings revenue, only leads.
  • Decisions wait until someone pulls the numbers together.

Outcomes

What changes for your business

Reporting time saved

Hours of manual spreadsheet work replaced by automatic refreshes.

Daily, not monthly

Yesterday's numbers are ready before the morning meeting.

One version of the truth

Every team reads the same number, defined the same way.

Earlier decisions

Spot a slipping region or channel in days, not after the month closes.

FAQs

Questions about dashboards and reporting

Which tools do you build dashboards in?

Mainly Microsoft Power BI and Google Looker Studio. We recommend one based on the systems and licences you already have.

Our data is messy. Can you still help?

Yes. Cleaning data and agreeing on definitions is part of every project. It's usually the step that makes the biggest difference.

Do we need a data warehouse?

Not always. Many businesses start by connecting their existing systems directly. We recommend a warehouse only when the volume or number of sources needs one.

How do you price a dashboard project?

As a fixed-scope project, agreed after the KPI workshop. Ongoing monthly reporting is optional and priced separately.

Who can see our data?

Only people you approve. Dashboards and data sources sit in accounts your business owns, and access is set per person.

How long does a dashboard take?

It depends on how many systems are involved and how clean the data is. You get a fixed timeline after the KPI workshop, before the build starts.
