Privacy policy

This policy explains what information SoNSo ("we", "us") collects when you use sonso.co.in, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us: when you fill in the contact form or book a call, we collect your name, email address and, if you choose to share them, your company, phone number, the services you're interested in, a budget range and your message.
• Booking details: calls are booked through Google Calendar appointment schedules. Google processes the booking, and we receive your name, email, chosen time and answers to the booking questions.
• Usage information: we use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising tags, such as Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand how visitors find and use the site. These tools use cookies and similar technologies, and collect information such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location and the campaign that brought you to the site.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and run the call you booked.
• To keep a record of enquiries so the right person follows up.
• To understand which pages and campaigns work, and improve the site and our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where it's stored

Enquiries and bookings are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Calendar) accounts controlled by SoNSo. Analytics data is held by the providers named above under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and review and archive old records at least once a year.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@sonso.co.in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalised ads through your Google and Meta account settings.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
